Your Guide

Welcome to Balanced Self Academy! That's me in 2022 in that picture, ready to embark on a journey of entrepreneurship and I was scared shitless!

I didn't think that I was good enough; smart enough; well-spoken enough to find clients and help them. The self doubt was rampant, the anxiety high. And yet, I kept going.

Since then, I have helped over 200 South Asian clients live life on their own terms. We have worked on perfectionism, anxiety, parental expectations, guilt, feeling behind, confidence and so much more.

And, I desperately want to help more of our community. Through this, I founded Balanced Self Academy. A hub to build our mental resilience so that we can be the badasses that we were born to be.

You know, I've been where you are. Trying to find answers, trying to navigate the Western world we live in and the Indian values we go home to. It feels like a tug of war and we're the ones that are being ripped apart.

I've learned so much in my 46 years on this planet; as a woman, a wife, a mother, a third daughter, a therapist and I think it's time I passed some of that wisdom onto the next generation.

I'm thrilled that you are here. Let's break cycles together!
